Unbelievably simple and absolutely delicious, these are a perfect post-workout treat and a great meal replacement if you are trying to reduce your carb intake. I was skeptical at first, but now I have these every morning for breakfast (without the maple syrup of course!). If you don't have a waffle iron, worry not - this mixture makes a great pancake too.
* 2 medium free range eggs
* 1 medium banana
* 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
* Blend ingredients together into a smooth batter
* Cook for 2-3 minutes
* Top with maple syrup, refined sugar free syrups or fresh fruit as desired
